Complex

and Intricate Details

PolyJet is a terrific process for parts with extremely fine details. If you have designs requiring fine features this process is for you. Do keep in mind that this process uses supports and must be removed during post-processing. We have several materials available.

TangoBlack Plus – a black rubber-like material with available ShoreA hardness ranging from 27 to 95 that produces realistic prototypes with flexible, rubber-like qualities. Tango simulates soft-touch coatings, nonslip surfaces, rubber surrounds or overmolding.

VeroWhite Plus – a white, rigid acrylic-like plastic that has fine features & smooth contour curves which is great for molds and patterns.

TangoClear Plus – a clear, rubber-like material with available ShoreA hardness ranging from 27 to 95 with similar qualities of TangoBlack Plus.

Digital ABS – a gray ABS-like material that creates realistic, precise parts and tools that are tough and heat resistant. Please note there is an additional startup cost when using this material.
